So Don would grab me with his left hand and he would grab my left arm and proceed to beat me with his 2 inch wide leather belt… (I have zero belts in my wardrobe)…

Well, Freda did the central spinal cord injury before I was a year old and any kind of tossing of my body that would induce whip lash as well as more spinal injury… Don made what was, even worse…

By the time I entered basic training, the effects of 18 years of physical violence was rearing it’s head in the form of neuropathy, stenosis, arthritis, Interstatial cyctitis… and massive adhesions internally and they operated on me twice when I was active duty and really fucked things up… I begged for the pain to stop and they dump 48 years of living hell in my lap…

Ya know, I was offered valium, pain pills, anything to shut me up and get me out of their offices, because….???!!!!

None of them had the time or patience to sit down and really look at my medical records… It’s all there… Even my dependent records that were not sealed… 60 years of medical records and I had to fight every time I wanted the VA to pay for what should have been a medical discharge at 100% and VA benefits at 100% effective my discharge in April 1983… They do owe me a great deal of money, because everything I have put to ink, is backed up by the government’s own ink… and I got a copy of all of it… Even the denial of care…

Yea our system in the United States is warped, biased and bigotted towards women veterans, because the brother who served, but no physical injuries got 70% from the VA being paid at the 100% for…. wait for it… only because he saw me beat to death…

He gets VA benefits for PTSD… Know what they labeled me…
