Last nights dinner, was excellent an big, steamed broccoli, baked zucchini an baked barbecue chicken, baked potato and of course I made both whole wheat and white bread dinner rolls… The rolls were good, but not a fan of wheat… Everything else was delish…

Now the night before was spaghetti, with hamburger an I ate very little sauce… an that triggered my visit with the throne at midnight…

Last night, nope, only sleep an bladder… Plus I had a couple hand fulls of semi sweet chocolate chips, zero reaction…

I grew up in Colorado till I was 3, then to Kansas for a couple years, then to Alabama by 8 yrs old… Not counting the time I spent in Bonita, LA…

So deep south was my playground my first 13 years of life an I know of 2 times I had ticks…

IF one of those bites was a lone star tick, then tonight beef fajitas should drag my ass out of bed and me and that porcelain god are gonna be butt buddies, again, or the pancreas says, you ain’t eating beef ever….

Experimenting for 6 decades has helped me figure out what the degreed idiots never thought outside the box about…

Beef is something I ate infrequently, never been rich and steak, it has always been a chore to chew… I haven’t had cartilage in my TMJ since the blow to my head at 17 yrs old on Okinawa…

Only took the VA 40 years to send me to a specialist to confirm my suspicions🤬🤬🤬That was a couple weeks ago🤬🤬

So until my appointment with a gastro doctor to get diagnosed with pancreatitis I have lived with for 67 years, I experiment with the foods that I think are causing my health issues…

To wake up this morning and only have internal pressure and not pain!!! Hasn’t happened ever in my lifetime…

This morning, I AM NOT IN PAIN!!!!!

Coffee, 2 cups down and no burning in my gut… wouldn’t it be wild if it was a tick??? They didn’t discover it till 2000, but it has been around since 1700’s…

Tonight’s experiment will mean either pancreas or a tick allergy… So far no other meat has been a issue with me and that throne… Tonight should be, ummmm, painful is my guess, but if it happens again!!! Beef is off my diet…

Finger peck on my Ipad because I got one in my lap an one beside me… What better way to start the day…
