Never Known a Pain Free Day, Ever…

When the stroke hit at 14 and I said the mantra:

Hair brush, TV interview, Boobs, New baby, Japan… I was only 14 and I had never known a day free of pain, ever…

The hair brush she hit me with before I was a year old started the nerve damage and oh my, I would rather do child birth than acknowledge this pain… yet, I can’t ignore it as it feels like a hot poker is being jabed into my left leg where the El Paso VA did my compartment surgery…

I have never not known pain and you would think with so much pain for so long, 71 years worth, I would be on stuff to control the pain and none of it ever worked…

What worked… Being active, exercising, doing everything I can to take pressure off the damaged areas and with my body, not much left they didn’t damage, so it’s all about my mental attitude towards pain…

I was told in the military I had a very high tolerance for pain and I think the only reason I did, was because I knew who, what and how I got those pains… Deep down I knew…

It was the not knowing, the not remembering, the not being aware… but my body was and my instincts were very aware, especially when we moved to that little town and I was around all of them…

Pain is something I learned to control until I can’t and we are getting to that stage after all these decades and I am popping more tylenol and more NSAIDs and I plan on asking the doc for a couple of nerve pain meds for those nights, nothing works and my sleep, now is too important…

I have Homer to take care of…

It took me from 1977 till 2025 to get all the answers about my injuries and all my questions about my birth family were answered during this last 2 years and yea, Don Bagwell knew the people he raised in that home and I wasn’t among them… If you are corrupt, you know the mafia you built… Enough said…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…

This is my story of survival…
