Morning Surprise…

I know a great many of you in the U.S. have gotten post cards or actual paper checks in the mail from companies you did business with and they got sued and you got to be a part of a class action suit and all you had to do…

Fill out the paperwork!!!

We got a notice in the mail a month ago about State Farm Insurance and when we had a rental property and several vehicles and a 5th wheel in New Mexico, come to find out, they over charged us for uninsured motorists… On all our policies…

So I figure, if we get a couple hundred, we’ll be lucky…

1st email comes in for claim, then a 2nd and then a 3rd!!!

It’s not a lot of money, less than $500, but it will pay for one of those expensive maintenance things I have to do to this HEMI engine, which thanks to them fixing the DEF sensor, it is a good running rig, it just want’s it’s maintenance when it wants it and it tells you that every time you start it!!!

I hope to be done with everything it needs by the 1st of November… and not touch any savings… So broke we are till it is done…

We have lived payday to payday before…

Renter’s costs us in the thousands and damage to our properties costs us in the thousands and flipping homes costs us in the thousands…

So, living on a few dollars between payday, just means, we are home, we don’t buy, we don’t shop and we don’t go anyplace that isn’t absolutely needed… (we learned this discipline decades ago, when we started flipping homes)… It paid off…

The only goofy thing going on, was my dreams last night and I really don’t remember the subject matter, but I know I was arguing with myself and I must have resolved it, because I woke up not remembering what I argued with myself about!!!

That may seem minor to you, but I have never not dreamed and most of those dreams were PTSD nightmares… Not anymore…

Progress out of darkness and all of a sudden I start telling Homer about something from my past… I am getting better about putting that down in writing for future reference… (lots of notes)…

No complaints, no bitching, no nothing, but hot, humid and we are slowly moving toward cooler temps, but 90+ is still hot…

Pups are thriving and Homer, Homer is still here and I hope that stays this way too…

Have a wonderful day, I am happy camper with a little help from Insurance to pay for this fancy truck Homer bought… Trade in when rates come down for sure…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…

This is my story of survival…
