Chronic fatigue is a lot different from the Chronic Brain Fatigue…

I always thought I fell into the chronic fatigue category and come to find out… Nope, that’s what my brain has been doing since the last blow to my head on Okinawa… see early blog…

I wrote they misdiagnoised me for decades until I said enough and took control and pissed off a few college graduates who say they have medical licenses… I tricked the doc to get my brain MRI and that was the beginning of the end of the amnesia…

But not the end of the fatigue…

Fatigue from the body is different than from the brain…

When I have a lot on my plate and I am doing our finances or legal matters or business or writing… or working a job… The faigue from that was always different from the fatigue from physical activity, like doing our PT in the military to stay in… 3 mile walk and I would drop for a 4 hour nap…

But make me do a lot of computer stuff, or finances or legal matters or medical matters or anything that takes and drains the brain, I’ll end up needing a nap…

Those naps started on a regular basis after the stroke at 14…

The more I learn about what I have lived with for decades, the more I wish I had gotten answers when I asked Freda for them… How different my life would have been…

Lately, taking on more of the things with this household and the 5th wheel and the truck and the property and Homer and the pups… Has done a number on the brain drain…

At least I get what is causing it… Now it’s figure out a way to overcome it… Because at some time down the road, I can’t just take a nap when I want… Homer won’t be able to function or something will or can happen… Dementia won’t slow down for this issue to be resolved…

I am just now reading about the subject as it fits so well to what I have lived and all the things I have gone through since the brain injuries and strokes…
