#119… Timeline Cleanse!!!

Are you ready for Bertha…??? We took everything loose and moved them into the garage and made sure we could pull the truck in if we have hail… But so far, we are getting only winds and maybe rain… Thinking about this tropical storm, took me back to Okinawa and the TIMELINE cleaned it’s self up!!!!

We got to Kadena a week or two after the Koza riots, because!!??? I was telling Homer that when those riots happened, when we got there, we were escorted to the bus by military security police from the hotel for our ride to Kubasaki!!! EUREKA!!!!! I remember!!!!

That means we left Japan in December of 1970 and we left Okinawa the late summer of 72, because Don lied, because…… of that little blow to my head!!!

Now, lets see if I can clear up the time lines and when I knew the guys on Okinawa…

The last blog with the pictures:

Short hair, means 1971!!! Because I had short hair like this when our birthdays in August rolled around…

This was taken in 1972, because they wanted to smuggle me into Bob Hopes appearance up island… I passed…

I am remembering, just by sitting and talking with Homer, doing what I do everyday and I am actually pulling memory and setting it into a timeline!!!

THIS IS HUGE!!!!!

That means, when Don knocked me across the room at Naha, he and Freda panicked and had to come up with an excuse to get back to the United States and while I was graduating from high school during a typhoon, Don was in Livermore concoting his mom’s sickness so they could request a humanitarian back to the U.S.!!!!

I REMEMBER!!!!!!

This is beyond exciting… and it also means that 2nd stroke I had after he knocked me across the room only took a few years of memories and it feels like I am getting those recovered…

Like I say, hope is my go to when death didn’t take me…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…

Start at #1 to follow my story, being told in chronological order…
