#90… Pain I so HATE YOU!!!!

James Silvey Brixie, my grandpa on dad’s side…

Hot and humid down here in the gulf and we love it… The people are friendly, everything is easy access for me, being the driver and we have good neighbors…

Due to the Arthur storm, we have a swamp out back and the neighbor had the big boy out there knocking down what he could, so it would dry up… Can’t do a drainage ditch if you sink in mud with equipment…

So Homer and I went out this morning and finished off the RN’s back yard, it is almost dry… but behind her section, it’s a inch or more of standing water…

So…. I walk the back fence and when I sink in, we know, avoid and cut around the area… Homer did that and exposed more of the water so it could drain and evaporate…

It’s what neighbor’s do for each other…

While out there, the heat trigger’s the migraines… and I have to escape inside to cool down… Homer finishes up what he could cut without drowning the mower and we enjoy our break and it hits…

Pain…

One thing about pain… I thought you could stop it with medications, boy was I wrong…

I remember, when they took me into Gunter AFB clinic, after I caught my hand in the car door, the guy said, “your daughter will have arthritis in that hand”… Little did he know, I had it already through out my body… I was 8 years old, just before the “Bay of Pigs”, when I would die for the first time…

Connecting the dots on my pain, helps me understand, how I got the injury and like the injury in my right hip, that injury is from saving my son’s life in the river on Japan, where 3 adults drowned that day… (yea mother hood, boy howdy on that subject)…

So I need to know… I need to understand my pain, so I can cope with my pain…

The most I take, tylenol, 900mg of NSAIDS and flexaril… that’s it… The rest is managed by diet and exercise…

Diet is key, due to a condition contracted after rape and not a STD… The rest… combination of domestic violence and the gang rape by officers in the Air Force…

So…….. when the pain hits… I want to know, why, where is the pain, because sometimes it’s not where it’s hurting and who gave it to me…

Myself or them???

Myself… Very few injuries… I fall alot, but I exercise more to keep from hitting my lips… Not always successful… But like with my hand, I did that to myself, so the pain, is manageable, because it was self inflicted… Same with the hip injury from the river…

The rest of my pain, other’s inflicted upon me and got away with it… Mom, Dad, Sister, Air Force Officers… and when those pains hurt…

It is much harder to control, because… No one asked if they could hurt me…

I imagine the Epstein survivors feel that way…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…
