IF you never woke up sick to your stomach daily or woke up with cramps so bad, even when you have no female organs, you wanna cut yourself open or the world was spinning so fast, even moving your head one milimeter would send you bending over the throne… If you never sat on that throne for hours on end or bent over it???

You haven’t lived yet….!!!!

That above existence is what I have lived with since the TV interview beating at 5 years old… 1959 till 2026… And the college educated licensed wanna be medical professionals, the majority got it wrong and yea, they put it in writing… So my rant is not without merit… It is well documented in medical records that date back to 1969… and the VA has all of them and so do I!!!

Every day, up till the past couple days… I woke ready to puke, I woke ready to spend hours on the toilet, I woke so miserable that I couldn’t even get a bowl of medical pot to help me… and not one doctor in 55 years, had an answer…

I was a difficult case and would get passed from doctor to doctor and some doctors fired me as the patient, because my case was too complicated???!!! Yea, oaths are only as good as the paper they are written on… as we see with the Republican mafia…

That ER visit a few weeks ago started a process that I won’t go back on… A diet that makes the pancreas happy…

For decades they said you got high triglicerides and they will kill you with clotting your arteries and cause strokes and heart attacks!!! That was 1978… When they found the mild blockage in my aorta where TSgt Don Bagwell hit me in the chest when I was 13 years old…

For decades, drugs upon drugs, upon drugs that created more issues than solved any medical problems… So, I took charge and dumped every damn pill they had me on… and I am about to dump the last couple pills… Low dose BP meds… and I mean low dose…

According to the science and study of millions like me, our producing high tryglecrides and having high LDL, is normal for our bodies… and I have fought this issue with doctors for decades and no one, not one, tested my pancreas for enzyme deficient… That changes Friday when I go in for a checkup… I am requesting the test…

I am likely right… The pancreas was injured at 5 years old when Freda injured the Spleen… The spleen shows blood that was encapsulated with calcium deposits and it is in keeping with same deposits on my skeleton from blunt force trauma Freda Bagwell gave me when she beat a 5 year old with a 2 inch thick upholstery ruler… and she had help…

My making changes to my diet, since I started learning about the pancreas and seeing the CT scan results backing up my claim… Things are a changing in this household…

Also, I am remembering… The brain fog of pancreatitis is cleared up and now that I understand that mess, I know when it’s happening and it’s not from any other action, but the pancreas…

This morning, the night went like it has been going… Wake up within 2 hours of going to bed, hit the throne, grab a sip of water and back out… Up again at 2AM, same routine and back out till I wake up for good and that’s running right around 4:30AM… and I had no nap yesterday… I was alert all day… (Diet change is important)…

Breaking free of all habits that are food related and establishing new habits, well, it will take a little time, but I am a excellent cook and I like feeling good, so, more fresh veggies, less meat and definite cut back on red meat, which we did anyway, because, we can’t afford steaks!!!

What all this is showing me??? I been down this road before, but not with full knowledge of how to overcome the nightmare I was living… That seems to be changing…

What I find interesting is how clear the brain feels and most of all, how good the recall has come back… Doesn’t mean the amnesia is over… I have to acknowledge, I have over 20 brain injuries and at least 2 brain bleeds… There will be some memory loss that won’t get recovered…

I ranted and raved about the $5,000 maintenance bill on Homer’s fancy truck I have to drive now and tomorrow!!!! It goes in the shop to get all that maintenance done in one setting and it took me a couple months to save the money to do it!!! But once done, it will never get done again under our ownership…

Every 100,000 miles that cummins engine has to have this service… We crossed that threshold a couple months ago and all these crazy messages on the dashboard showed up… SURPRISE!!! Yea, not a good one either!!! I am tired of being broke and doing without!!!
