Lately, I have had issues with my right arm… During the PT training, she picked up on the right arm and the muscle damage and that was before they tested my arms and found said damage…

She had me do a exercise to make the nerves in my arm respond and work with the damaged muscle… I have been lax in doing those specific exercises and now, paying the price…

I am struggling to use my right arm and hand in a functional manner and still not drop a pan full of food or be able to type on the computer…

The neuroplasticity applies not only to the brain, which is a major muscle but it applies to anything connected to the nerves and we know, I have neuropathy actually peripheral neuropathy and have had it, since I was a child…

Back to doing the specific exercise and use the light weights that help build those nerve signals, so I can use my arm and hand… It has made typing a real chore…
