The Baseball Knock Out!!! Road to dementia…

Don is bottom right…

Not one hundred percent sure what base, but if I had to guess, I would say Webb AFB and it was close to our house but, it could have been in Montgomery too at that AFB, this timeline isn’t fully clear yet, but some of the memory is, because …..

I loved sports, total tomboy, give me tonka toys or baseball mitt or tether ball, volleyball, I like playing them, I also enjoyed watching them if my dad was umpiring…

I went to one of these games to watch Don at work and just be a kid away from Freda, I escaped her every chance I got…

While sitting in the bleachers a foul ball nails me right on top of my head and I am like wow, and everyone around me freaks and at that age, not even a headache…

Then that same night, Don got hit in the head by a foul ball and it knocked his ass out so much so, they threw his boxers in the trash… Yea, stinky…

I am going to say, that this likely was Montgomery and that blow… Started his road into dementia and sundowners…

I wrote about the midnight drive, guess lots of people drive down the highway sound asleep, because the write got little traction… So I am confused what interest some of you..

This would put me in that age range, where I got on the bike and went to the base swimming pool, spending my day there, not eating, but away from Freda and that’s probably where this all happend, because we wouldn’t have been to far from Bonita, his mom’s home…

Time lines take me longer to piece together, I have to find other clues that connect the dots and then, eureka, done…

Don died with his brain turning to mush… That’s the call we got in Washington…

A blow to the head, started his dementia or sundowners and he was violent from that time on… Freda manipulated him and I don’t know if she knew, but some of the things she did, while I was around, made me question her agenda…

Well that’s the memory…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…

This is my story of survival…
