Memories connected…

This would be the TV interview beating that would leave me with blunt force trauma fractures all over and when the dots connect, you document….

Kansas circa 1959 and Freda had beaten a 5 year old severely and like all things, nothing was done about it… so the memory goes after the TV interview and the beating, this was to buy me off and this happened until I turned 17….

We were living on a Sargeants pay, 2 kids and a wife that is pregnant and my half brother, that part is very sketchy….

So to keep my mouth shut, was the usual mantra, because of my memory ability and to keep me from blurting, (yea right, 5 years old, might as well sew the lips shut!!)…

Anyhow… dad takes us to the big fair thing where the base was and we got to see the guys who played in RawHide the TV show and in fact, I was eye to eye with Clint Eastwood, and all I could think at 5…

Geez, nothing but a guy with tons of goo on his face and that’s what I always remembered about Clint…

After the rodeo thing, we went to the fair part and I have a pic, some place and all I remember on connecting those dots…

The rodeo fair thing was to keep me quiet… Later it would become clothing… But by the time I was 13… Yea, I can count on what was given to me…. I earned most of it…

It’s a connect the dot moment… It shows that those scattered memories were all of the same…

Beating, then to buy me off…

Yea for a 5 year old I got paid good, I also wear those scars today and I still get paid good…

I remember…

About Me

I am Maggi, given that name on Okinawa during the Vietnam war by a group of Marines in transit at Naha AFB… At 17 years old I didn’t know I was missing memory… I had lost the first 17 years of life and was about to embark on a journey of intrigue, murder, rape, military coverup and live a life, most only dream about… Will I ever remember my youth or will I always walk in shadow not knowing who I was…

This is my story of survival…
