The kid hired a decent lawyer, he’s been appropriate in contact..

So that don’t mean much… Still a lawyer…

When you have a documented mental illness, doing a WILL or HEALTH POA, there are guidelines to protect that person with mental illness and when you are near 90; lots of controls are in place…

But a lawyer can tell you how to circumvent the laws and steal and they usually get a cut…

What happened with my mother is because everyone involved knew of her mental illness and cutting me out of the picture made her an easy target…

By which ones, thats what I hope the court will let me hire an investigator and do a forensic audit!!!

Lawyer sent a email with there rebuttal, comments opposition… Yea didn’t bother reading it…

I said from the start this was fraud and it is…

I can’t fake government records and I told the lawyer in response,

“Heads up, because you don’t know the truth… Freda had a mental illness, the WILL was never legal…It is all over my dads military records… Her mental health cost him assignments… I witness her being committed… Prepare the kid”….

I know about this special condition because of my own husband’s POA & health are under me… we still did a notarized POA & Directive to protect him while he is able to make decisions…

Freda got no such treatment… My sister as health & her kid managing her money…

Enough said…

Tomorrow will be interesting if truth prevails…
