There are days, when writing isn’t going to happen, either because I am happy and content and got nada or days like today and it hits hard with memories and well, gotta write…

Talking with Homer about the antagonist on Blue sky and how I eliminated more than a couple over the last couple days and it got me to thinking about the estate mess and the possible petitions the fake trustee is bringing forth with a possible 3rd was the lawyers tease in the email… oooooh I am scared, not!!!

Either way I win… End of story…

Either the judge allows me to take care of my mother’s estate per the laws of Arkansas or he allows a trustee that is fake continue on for what ever reason!!! Either way I win…

Why???

The book!!!!

I have been working and like I said this is a diary for the book and one of the things I don’t write about on here, the estate and how I plan on handling it in court… I have numerous choices, but the one I plan to stand on, is my peition to be executor…

If the judge denies me, that’s fine, he’s the judge and it is all public record and that being said… Guess what will be in the book??? All those public records… Names, etc will have to be handled in a way that isn’t trying to cause damage and that’s why I have insurance… Not my first rodeo on writing… Freda knew that, she got a taste, she also knew my income and most of all she knew my ability… Just like I knew her’s…

So either way I win on the estate… I can use the corruption story in my book and all I did, use public records and good luck suing me for what the Arkansas state has on their public records… I knew that back in March and took measures to lock everything about us down so that no one could hurt us… That bucket of shit Freda says I fall into smells like roses to me…

Insurance will stay in place indefinitely… Always have been insurance poor and as far as the courts and my blog go…

First amenment and everyone needs to remember that and make sure they can afford a minimum in legal costs of a million dollars… (I play dirty)…

So, that made my day, remembering… I win no matter how this plays out… I can use the story in my book or online in my blog because it impacted me personally, not indirectly, but personally and that is gold… and thank you while I am at it… (Snarky enough for you???)
