Growing up in a home that is based on religion and lack of education and most of all violence… If you are smart, you watch and learn not what to do in life and I took some of those lesson’s learned early on and used them to my advantage… and somehow, I still got in over my head??? Maybe…

As soon as I write this, the court will do something… But my experience with courts, over the decades, nothing moves fast and it can be painfully slow and I have known that since my first lawsuit back in 1978… Which I won, in fact, I never lost in court… or lost against the feds… but that’s another story…

Waiting on the court to decide If I am executor or to let the “trustee” continue the mess they started is no longer in my hands or for that matter anyone’s hands…

If you read the blog, before I had to delete everything… I tried, for over a year I tried to work with the bull shit that was on going, but greed, oh my that little word greed got big and heavy and they wanted more… (no different from Trump, con’s are con’s)…

I also stated in the old blog that if I had my way, I would throw a wrench into the estate mess and I did… By filing those court papers…

You see if they make me executor, I can investigate elder abuse… If they let the unelected trustee have it, then I can not legally do anything unless I file a civil suit and like any lawsuit, it costs money…

Homer has asked me not to spend anymore on this mess, so I have filed all that I will file, I won’t respond to any counter offer by the unelected trustee and I am leaving it entirely up to the judge to make the call or leave it sitting on the books as a open case, until the 5 years by that states laws are up and if anyone is still alive, that money might be in the hands of the state or not, it may be gone…

As I still never got any bankstatements or any proof of any escrow, just a bunch of words by a lawyer saying this or that and I got bored reading and jumped to the end and the lawyer wants to charge me for the unelected trustee’s actions???

Yea, southern states are ruled by white men, with white women lapping it up…

Anyhow… That’s what this write is about…

I did what I set out to do… I never had anything from the estate to begin with and spending just under $500 to get proof in writing they broke the laws of the state and if the judge decides to ignore that evidence… well…

I’m done… Fighting for justice for the dead is like believing in man’s man made god… Not worth my time or brain power… I wasn’t worth her’s when she lived… Funny how life gives what it takes…
