To make the court aware of fraud and if they continue said fraud, then it’s a civil suit and that’s something I really have to weigh, because Homer really doesn’t want me spending the money on the estate, but less than $200 and I file a civil suit and they gotta prove they didn’t do fraud again and discovery is involved…

I did tell the judge and Homer was sitting here when I read my statement, “Do What You Want But This Is Fraud”…

That’s all I cared about… Making the court be involved and costing the heirs and more than likely, since I haven’t read the papers online or anything, I won’t get my jewelry or any inheritance and the only reason there is an inheritance…
