All to familiar…

Stepped outside, for just a few minutes, came in an did something and I had to close up… I couldn’t take the heat and it’s a gorgeous, windy, blue sky kind of day on Hawaii….

It takes me back to Okinawa and that last blow Don gave me to the head… now I realize he herniated my neck, impacted the vagus nerve and ganglion nerve… and I just had a memory of when the hernia fixed it’s self… I got thrown from a horse… geez, I’m not a rider…

I told hubby that just before we got married I did a round up with a farm family he knows an got thrown and felt my spine and neck pop all the way up… correcting it’s self from the fall on Japan in 85…. that throw was 1993…

So the gaps between the episodes, some are short and others are years… we have counted over 9 times my neck was herniated and only 3 times was because of me… I did it in that slow speed car crash in Enid in 81 and in 82, hit a pillar at Sheppard AFB hospital with my head an that corrected the hernia and I hurt it after we got to Japan… keeping up yet… me neither…

It just says that it has always been easy to herniate my neck and majority of the injuries were before I left home…

They tell me my neck is stable, but it doesn’t feel that way and I have to remind myself, my skull weighs more, because of all the trauma to it… it was always building bone after each injury and there were a lot of injuries… I imagine if I am willing, they could scan for old fractures… but after this last one… I’ll pass… I got nothing to prove….

Did all my workout an I just want to lay back an not move, it hurts so much, but I can’t, got things to do and dinner to fix… homegrown beef meatloaf… spicy style… it’s good…

Well out of thought… an I need a pain pill….

Toodles…

Adorable Spite….
