Out of the $1,000 there about, we are being charged by Expedia screw up an United being the carrier with up graded seats… refuse to give this 100% disabled veteran a refund….
But…. AVIS did!!!
It is always up to management… an since we did not screw up, but an employee at Expedia started this mess…. I have to absorb the costs…..
So thank you AVIS for remembering you are dealing with humans….
